Press the small button on PB07 RX to turn it on
If PB07 TX is confirmed transmitting but PB07 RX isn't receiving, check the other RX modules. If all of PB07 RX have solid red, it is likely a transmitting problem. If you have some strobing green and others solid red, it's likely an RX issue.
